Amazon Business Analytics: Invoices Now Available to View and Download

Introducing a New Feature Based on Customer Feedback

Amazon Business Analytics is excited to announce the launch of a highly requested feature: the ability to view and download invoices from three different locations within Amazon Business. This new feature is a direct result of customer feedback, and we are confident that it will make it even easier for our customers to manage their accounts and track their spending.

Where Can I View My Invoices?

You can now view and download your invoices from the following three locations within Amazon Business:

• Your Account (under "Orders")
• Your Purchase Orders (under "Invoices")
• Your Amazon Business Analytics dashboard (under "Invoices")

To access your Amazon Business Analytics dashboard, simply click on the "Analytics" tab at the top of any page in Amazon Business.

What Invoices Are Available?

All invoices for purchases made through Amazon Business are available to view and download. This includes invoices for:

• One-time purchases
• Recurring subscriptions
• Purchase orders

Invoices are available to view and download for up to 18 months after the date of purchase.

How Can I Download My Invoices?

To download an invoice, simply click on the "Download" button next to the invoice you want to download. You can then save the invoice to your computer or print it out.
